In the past, POC employees couldn’t expect anything beyond empty promises.

You’re ready to deliver programming that provokes more than discussion. You want programming that cultivates healing and safety.

You're not going to make the same mistakes

  • No more requests for staff to share racial trauma to educate others.

  • Eliminate town halls that only result in microaggressions and more harm.

  • Release poorly led trainings that center painful histories without tools for improved wellbeing.

If you’re ready to turn things around, you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Davia Roberts!

I’m a therapist known for helping companies have tough conversations and cultivate real change in the workplace.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with major companies across the country. While I take pride in each of those experiences, my skills were honed when I worked at a non-profit for survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

In that environment, I developed a unique skill of navigating clients through traumatic situations with a calm confidence. This ability has allowed me to facilitate intimate dialogues with over 300 employees present, whether it be the verdict of the Chauvin trial or in the midst of pandemic uncertainty.

Personally, I show up with the intention of helping people experience freedom from the shame of mental health stigma and racial trauma.

Quite frankly, I think you’re ready to do the same.
